MID RIVERS' ELITE EQUIPMENT
Fit City offers a wide range of strength training equipment, including a circuit with over 25 selectorized machines, a Functional Trainer, and an 8-Stack Customized Jungle Gym, totaling 35 stations in this zone. Additionally, we provide Plate-Loaded, Free Weight, and Body Weight Machines, totaling over 43 machines in the main gym area, featuring various Leg Presses and the Vertical Leg Press. Members can use Fixed Barbells (20-110 lbs), Beauty Bells (3-20 lbs), and Urethane Dumbbells (5-150 lbs), with doubles from 5-50 lbs for convenience. Autospot Barbell Benches and Dumbbell Stands ensure a safe and efficient workout experience.

Amenities? No sweat - unless you're looking for a great sauna experience as post-workout treat then sweat on friend! We also offer tanning for that post-workout glow, and a Kids Zone; a safe, clean entertaining space designed just for kids to hang out while you get your workout in.
