There are over 25 selectorized machines in the strength circuit with an additional Functional Trainer and an 8-Stack Customized Jungle Gym totaling 35 stations that can be utilized in this area alone. In addition, Fit City has the largest most diverse amount of Plate-Loaded, Free Weight and Body Weight Machines. In the main gym area alone there are over 43 of these machines including 3 different styles of Leg Presses and the coveted Vertical Leg Press. Virtually any kind of training you want to accomplish can be done at Fit City. You will also find Fixed Barbells in both the Straight and EZ Curl versions ranging from 20-110 lbs, Beauty Bells ranging from 3-20 lbs, Urethane Dumbbells ranging from 5-150 lbs doubling up on the 5-50 lb sizes. Autospot Barbell Benches and Autospot Dumbbell Stands assist even the heaviest of weights for the end user.

Cardio Training
Fit City has 55 cardio pieces including 5 StepMills and a wide variety of HIIT-style cardio units like the HIITMILL X, Concept 2 Rowers, Assault Bikes, Tire Flips, Battle Ropes, and a TrueForm treadmill. There is a Cardio Room for those who prefer a bit more privacy while doing cardio exercise, equipped with several TVs for your viewing pleasure. You can also use the 1350 square feet of Turf with 5 pieces of equipment specifically designed for the Turf, including different Yokes and Sleds. Soft Plyo Boxes, a Leg Platform, and an area designated for training the Core are also near the turf area for each member's use.
Tanning
The gym houses two stand-up tanning beds. They offer the perfect balance of UVA and UVB rays for quick, long lasting color. With 360 degrees of bulbs and a 10 minute tan time, this bed will get you in and out after your workout with none of the fuss.
