Fit CIty does not employ Personal Trainers, but we do have a fantastic opportunity for motivated, professional Independent Personal Trainers to partner with us!

• Build and grow your own personal training business as an independent contractor
• Flexible schedule — you handle your own scheduling of consultations and appointments

• Cross Referrals — bring your clients with you!  We’ll handle the guest and membership process to get them on-boarded
• Supportive, professional atmosphere — Fit City management has experience in the box gyms.  We know the pro’s and con’s of being a ‘club employee’ and all the stress of micro-management that comes with that experience.  At Fit City, we are NOT a corporate gym –we operate as a true local, small business owner!  We allow trainers to grow their own brand and simple be in partnership as a tenant with Fit City! 
• Keep what you earn — Fit City has a flat rental cost to the trainer and asks that your clients become members.  That’s it.  You keep 100% of the service fees you collect directly from your clients. 

What we’re looking for:

✅ Experienced Certified Personal Trainers with an established base of clientele willing to follow you

✅ Independently insured with liability coverage

✅ Private to semi-private training only (1-3 clients per session)

✅ Professional attitude and a sense of entrepreneurship to build your brand

✅ Active on social media to cross-market with Fit City’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok)
